Well Dev's bball season is over. He did so awesome considering he didn't even want to play at first. Now he is out every evening shooting hoops in our driveway! He loves it now and has gotten really good!
Except last night the backboard broke on our bball goal...boo! Mike's going to check if we can order a new one, but I'm seeing a whole new goal in the future..bummer! At least it's lasted a few years but of course now breaks once Dev is really playing on it! Here are a few pics from the day of Dev's last game.
Check out the score in the background. The team did great! I think they only lost 3 games, not too bad! And one of those losses Dev wasn't there for that game.
B was a great spectator and supporter!! He's my ham for sure!! LOL!
Busy-ness as usual this week. I did get some weeds pulled out of the flower gardens finally. Now I just need to buy some plants and finish it off with mulch before it gets too hot. We also want to plant a few trees in the backyard to give us some shade.
I've been slowly getting back to my running. But I'm really aggravated because I've been having to use my inhaler! I'm not happy about this at all. I have a follow up appt with the pulmonologist soon. We'll see what he says, but I'm not happy having to use that thing! Yukko!!
Tonight is bowling. Wow, can't believe I'll actually be there. I've been having to prebowl the day before for several weeks now with Mike gone out of town and other things. But, I have to admit I'll be glad when the season is over. I'm not a bowler! Especially not for a league, I'm lucky to bowl a 100 on a consistent basis. Only about 5 weeks left of the league bowling and then I'll be back to just recreational bowling with my boys.
Short work week, yay!! Toodles for now!
